§ 3How Your Submission Is Handled

When you submit our intake form, your answers are sent by email to our intake team and kept in an encrypted record. Every submission is read and reviewed by a person.

No case is accepted, rejected, or referred based on an automated decision.

We share your personal information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Network attorneys: if we match you with an attorney in our network, we share relevant case details with that attorney so they can evaluate and potentially take on your case

We retain case data for seven (7) years in accordance with legal compliance requirements and professional responsibility obligations. After this period, data is securely deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to our legal retention obligations.

Under the Michigan Identity Theft Protection Act (MCL 445.61 et seq.), you have the right to:
